2015 Australian Achiever Awards Winner

2015WinGoldWe are pleased to announce that Challenger Services Group were recently awarded as the 2015 Winners of the Australian Achiever Awards for Excellence in Customer Service.

Following the judging of the 2015 Australia Achiever Awards, we achieved a 98.31% score for customer relations and service delivery. This was an outstanding result and shows that Challenger’s approach to customer service is one of the highest standard.

The Australian Achiever Awards are entirely based on Customer Service ratings which are scored on feedback from our own customers in a uniquely quantifiable, unbiased and objective process. Areas covered during the process include: Timeliness; Addressing Client Needs; Care and Attention; Value; Attitude; Communication; and Overall Perception.

When asked about the company’s strengths, a majority of customers cited fast response to problems, following up on service requests, supervision and client support as the cornerstones to their successful partnership. Other comments received from our clients were:

Meet the man, meet the force

Our congratulations go out to Charlie Fualalo.

Charlie joined Challenger in 2012 and was recently appointed as our National Operations Manager – Compliance.

As the driving force behind the implementation and mobilisation of our national expansion program, Charlie successfully implemented our core management approach “plan, organise, perform and review” to deliver a world class service to all facilities he engaged, drawing praise and compliments from all clients involved.

During this project, Charlie ensured that all implementation systems and procedures were scheduled and established prior to commencement to ensure no disruption occurred to the daily business requirements of each facility. Having started his career at Sheraton Auckland, Charlie moved to Australia and quickly assumed the role of Chief Steward at Star Casino before joining Challenger.

Aside from being a professional operator with many years of experience within the HACCP compliance sector, we recently learned that he also has the ability to play most brass instruments and look forward to hearing the tune “I Still Call Australia Home.”
