Introducing Max

Max is our AI-powered recruiting assistant, built on technology developed by a team of AI researchers with backgrounds in some of the most demanding fields in machine learning — including computer vision and autonomous systems. These are people who spent years studying how AI models make decisions in high-stakes situations before applying that expertise to recruiting.

We evaluated several platforms before making our choice. What set this one apart was the rigorous approach to fair candidate evaluation and the quality of the underlying technology. At Challenger, we hold our services to a high standard, so any tool we use needs to meet that same bar.

What Max does

Max also gives candidates a chance to go beyond their resume, providing context that an application alone doesn’t allow for. 

What Max does not do

Max does not make hiring decisions. He does not decide whether a candidate gets the job or send profiles to our clients for consideration.
