Challenger Services Group Australia

Compliance

Our approach

Compliance isn’t a box we tick. It’s how we protect our clients and look after our people. For our clients, this means their sites stay safe, audit-ready and running to standard. We make compliance straightforward through clear reporting, consistent service delivery and fair, transparent pricing and labour practices.

For our people, their wellbeing, pay and development are responsibilities we take seriously. We invest in training, maintain our certifications and regularly review our procedures to make sure we’re doing right by the people who represent us every day.

Certification & Compliance

Challenger’s Integrated Management System covers quality, environmental and work health and safety management. It’s kept up to date to reflect current processes and meet industry and government requirements.

We’re certified to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 — standards that keep our operations consistent, our sites compliant and our service quality high. These certifications aren’t just credentials. They reflect our commitment to continuous improvement across our people, processes and systems.

For our clients, that means work done to a clear and auditable standard, with the confidence that we’re always looking for ways to do it better.

Resourcing

Challenger is committed to responsible and ethical resourcing. We maintain fair workplace conditions, support workforce diversity and ensure our people are employed in accordance with all relevant legislation. We have clear policies in place covering ethical conduct, whistleblower protections and the rights of every person on our team because doing right by our people is fundamental to how we operate.

Training

Our people are at the heart of what we do. From day one, every team member receives structured training and the support they need to do their job well. As they grow with us, we provide ongoing development opportunities and clear pathways to progress whether that’s building specialist skills, stepping into a supervisory role or advancing into management.

We invest in our people at every level because we know that a confident, capable team delivers better outcomes for our clients. We recognise contributions, take health and safety seriously, and treat every person with dignity and respect. That commitment to our people is what drives the quality of service our clients can count on.

Safety

Safety is non-negotiable at Challenger. Clear standards and careful planning help keep our people safe and our clients’ sites running smoothly. We work to identify and address potential hazards before they become problems — on every site, every shift. Our processes are built around compliance, and our people are trained to uphold them. When something needs attention, we act quickly and communicate clearly.

Modern Slavery Statement

This is the second Modern Slavery Statement for Challenger Services Group (“CSG”), prepared in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth).

It outlines the progress we have made over the past reporting period (2024-2025) and the steps we continue to take to identify, manage, and mitigate the specific risks of modern slavery in our operations and supply chain.
