Chute maintenance and emergency response for high rise buildings
Hospitality
Turbo Chute delivers chute maintenance and emergency response services across high-rise residential buildings, strata properties, commercial facilities and car parks. When unplanned issues arise, Turbo Chute attends quickly and works through to resolution with minimal disruption to building operations and occupants.
A broken glass bottle became lodged in the recycling chute at a renowned luxury hotel, causing persistent bad odours that were affecting guest-facing areas of the property.
The situation required urgent attention outside of standard service hours. The operational challenge involved:
The client required a partner capable of attending the site quickly and completing the work to a high standard, given the nature of the venue.

Rapid attendance and on-site resolution
Turbo Chute responded within one hour of being contacted. A trained crew attended the site and immediately assessed the blockage before beginning removal work.
The glass bottle was lodged within the chute system and required careful extraction to avoid further breakage or damage. Staff worked methodically through the removal process, completing the job on top of their regular shifts.
This approach enabled:
Turbo Chute’s crews are trained, equipped and available to respond to emergency callouts, ensuring clients receive reliable support when unplanned issues arise.

Fast resolution with no disruption to hotel operations
Turbo Chute successfully resolved the blockage within the same day it was reported.
Key outcomes
The engagement demonstrates Turbo Chute’s ability to respond to urgent maintenance issues at short notice and see them through to resolution, even when works extend beyond standard service hours.
